Tips for using sleep sounds with your baby
- Keep the volume low and place the phone away from your baby's crib, not next to their head.
- Use the timer so the sound stops after your baby has settled.
- Try the same sound at every nap and bedtime to build a familiar routine.
- Record your own voice. Your baby already knows it best.
Sweet Dreams plays soothing sounds; it is not a medical device. Always follow safe sleep guidance from your pediatrician, and ask them if you have questions about your baby's sleep.
